A name for the king prawn in Australia has a pale yellow, cream or light brown body with no obvious spots or stripes, and with a startling blue tail. They vary from 20 to 30 cm (8-12") in length and are found in mud, sand or on rocky bottoms in deep water all round the coasts of Australia. There are two types, the eastern king prawn with cream legs and the western king prawn with blue legs.

The octopus is an eight-limbed cepaholopod with high intelligence. Octopuses can quickly learn to place objects into slots of the same shape, an exercise commonly used to check development in children. They adopt camouflage as they move along the sea bottom or lurk in amongst rocks.
Offal (US: organ meats) is the edible internal organs, such as kidneys, liver, heart, brain, lungs and lights, intestines and other meats such as feet, ears, tongue etc. In English it also describes the giblets of poultry or game fowl, including the gizzard, a muscular organ which acts as second stomach, liver, heart and neck.
