Barramundi. A fish which can be substituted by any flaky white fish, but it is most similar to the European sea bream.

Coconut milk is the result of the second pressing of coconut flesh which has been soaked in hot water. The first pressing provides coconut cream.
The coconut palm is a tree ubiquitous in the tropics, producing the coconut. Virtually all parts of the tree are usable and fruits have been found as far afield as Norway, floating on ocean currents.
