Wood blewit. A bright lilac blue mushroom with fresh clean flavour and excellent with potatoes.

Honey fungus. They should always be well cooked.

Fly agaric. A type of mushroom, the classic red with white spots. Famous for its psychoactive hallucinogenic properties this is the magic mushroom and is actually poisonous to eat.

Chanterelle mushroom, usually sautéed in butter with chopped onions.

Curly kale. Collard greens which can grow up to 2m (6 ft) in height).
